To enter the Alchemy of the Vessel, we must first establish a container of mutual respect and clarity. By utilizing this website and participating in the Alchemic Path, you agree to the following foundations of our work together.

 

1. The Nature of the Work

You understand that Mindful Marlyss Yoga offers somatic coaching, yoga, and myofascial release designed for nervous system regulation and spiritual homecoming. While this work is deeply supportive of recovery, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, or clinical therapy. I am a guide and a facilitator, not a licensed medical provider.

 

2. Personal Sovereignty & Liability

In this sanctuary, you are the ultimate authority of your own body.

• Self-Responsibility: You agree to listen to your body’s wisdom and move at your own pace. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating.

• Health Disclosure: You agree to inform me of any physical injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies prior to our sessions so that I may curate the safest possible experience for you.

 

3. Intellectual Property (The Alchemic Gold)

The language, pillars, and bespoke sequences created within the Alchemy of Return are the creative property of Mindful Marlyss Yoga. You are invited to embody these teachings in your daily life, but the reproduction or commercial distribution of my original materials, recordings, or written content is prohibited without express written consent.

 

4. The Exchange (Payment & Refunds)

The energetic exchange for these sessions is a commitment to your own transformation.

• Payments: All fees are due at the time of booking to secure your space in the laboratory.

• Refunds: As outlined in our Boundary of Respect (Policy), all sessions and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another seeker if your journey must be paused.

 

5. Digital Conduct

If participating in our sanctuary online, you agree to engage with mindfulness and kindness. Any behavior that compromises the safety or privacy of the collective or the facilitator will result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.
